Beginning and continuing for 25 years with large retailers such as Venture Stores, Montgomery Ward and Wal-Mart, he held positions as General Manager, Merchandise Manager and Vice President of Merchandising. Eventually entering in to the sales representative area, Larry was hired to manage the NationSales agency in the Midwest and the lead person calling on O’Reilly Auto Parts in 2003. Jeff comes to Nation Sales with an extensive territory and sales management experience. After graduating from UNC Wilmington, he entered the sales industry managing a three state territory for a fast paced textile company calling on national retailers. Combining his sales experience with a passion for autos, he entered the automotive aftermarket industry becoming Eastern Regional Manager for Bondo, handling automotive retailers, warehouse distributors, marine, hardware and mass merchants. The variety of products, territories and customers he has worked with over the years provides multiple options for closing the deal.

Denny Cool joins JOSCO/NationSales through the acquisition of NationSales, Inc., a Nebraska based corporation that Denny and Mark Greene owned. His experience in the automotive aftermarket stems to 1983. During that period of time, Denny has been a buyer for a feeder warehouse, regional sales manager for a chemical company, sales representative for 2 agencies, and co-owned his own for 4 years. Denny has experience in dealing with traditional, mass, grocery, hardware, convenience store, and feeder warehouse operations for 12 years. His knowledge in all of these areas, will benefit both NationSales and the manufacturers he represents.

Elsa started her career in 2001 working at a transportation company in her hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. Her various roles included Marketing and Commercial responsibilities. In 2006, Elsa joined the Merchandising team at AutoZone Mexico and began to develop her career in the Automotive Aftermarket field. Throughout the course of a decade, she managed different categories at AutoZone, such as Batteries, Filters, Spark Plugs, Lighting, Air Condition, and Heating, Battery Accessories, Belts & Hoses, Air Fresheners, Non-Automotive, Interior Accessories, Cellphone Accessories, etc. Also during this time, she was awarded several WITTDTJR and ExtraMiller awards, and ultimately won the Extra Miler of the Year award. Elsa brings years of experience and knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket in Mexico and will be responsible for developing new business avenues for our vendors.

Kyle started his automotive career in 2017 with Standard Motor Products (SMP) shortly after graduating from North Carolina State. He was the first person in SMP’s newly created Sales Apprentice program. Since then, he progressed through the SMP organization holding multiple positions including Territory Manager, Category Manager, and Account Executive. Kyle was a 3-time Territory Manager of the Year with SMP and has vast experience with both traditional and retail distributors. Kyle has a long history of involvement in motorsports and his love for racing still holds true today. Kyle is committed to achieving results for the manufacturers he represents along with the customers he serves.
